Click & Collect

      • Orders can be picked up from the pharmacy during business hours. An email will be sent when your order is ready for collection.

      • For customers with respiratory tract infection symptoms, curb side collection is available after 10AM on Military Road or at any time from Melrose Street and the underground car park at The Mosman Practice. Please request curb-side collection and location in the Special Instructions section during checkout.

    Order Prescriptions for Delivery

    > Same Day Delivery (Within 3-5 Hours):

    Monday – Friday BEFORE 3PM

    Saturday BEFORE 12PM

    Orders placed after the cut-off time will be delivered in the morning on the next business day.

    > Same Evening Delivery for orders placed AFER 3PM:

    Cost: $16.95

During sales or peak trading periods, our team or logistics partners may experience delays in processing and delivering your order, which may take longer than the estimated timeframes above. You should not solely rely on our predicted delivery times or service availability for access to your medication.

    Shipping & Delivery Information

    393 Pharmacy partners with Australia Post, Packapill and Sendle to deliver your order as efficiently as possible.

    Online orders are processed and dispatched on Monday – Saturday. Order dispatch may be delayed if we need to contact you to verify or collect additional information, so please complete your personal or payment details accurately so we can get your order out ASAP.

    With orders containing prescription medication that require further clarification or clinical intervention, it is our policy to prioritise patient safety over meeting delivery deadlines. The pharmacist on duty will contact you to resolve any clinical concerns prior to dispatch, so please ensure your contact details are current and correct when submitting your order.

    All orders will require a signature on delivery. During the checkout process, you have the option to grant us Authority to Leave (ATL) your parcel at the delivery address without a signature. Please be aware neither our logistics partners nor 393 Pharmacy are liable for any lost or damaged parcels if you choose the ATL option.

    PO Boxes

    We deliver to PO Boxes with Australia Post. Same day delivery is not available to PO Boxes.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be issued. You will receive order updates and tracking information via email and/or SMS (if you have provided your mobile number).

    Damaged Or Incorrect Goods

    In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit or contain incorrect items, please e-mail us at help@393pharmacy.com.au with your order details and a photograph of the damaged goods within SEVEN days of delivery receipt. Our team will happily assist you with organising a replacement or refund. Please retain the damaged product for potential inspection and return (at 393 Pharmacy’s expense) until advised otherwise.

    International Shipping

    At this stage, we do not ship or sell items outside of Australia.

    Heavy/Bulk Orders

    Heavy or bulk orders may attract a surcharge from our delivery partners, especially to remote / regional areas – we will contact you before dispatch if a surcharge applies.
